Brett leads Tarkka's strategic and commercial operations, building defence prime relationships, government program partnerships, and the supply chain required to move advanced composite systems from development into fielded applications. He is the architect of Tarkka's dual use positioning across medical, defence, and Arctic markets and the commercial framework that supports it.
Kari Werner MScOT
Co Founder & Chief Clinical Officer
Kari is a practicing occupational therapist with 16 years of clinical experience. Her OT methodology is the foundation of Tarkka's human factors driven design approach. Every system Tarkka develops that contacts or supports a human body is designed through the lens of her practice, optimized for individual fit, functional improvement, and the constraints of the operating environment. That discipline separates Tarkka from composite manufacturers who treat human factors as an afterthought.
